A real estate developer based in Preston Hollow plans to build 34 homes on the eastern edge of Snow King Mountain in Jackson, Wyoming.
ASTREA Development LLC purchased two properties, 553 and 725 Upper Snow King Loop Road, with plans to build luxury condominiums.
Those addresses “represent the last available sites zoned for luxury condominium development in accordance with the Snow King Resort Master Plan,” according to a media release.
The development includes a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with underground parking and storage.
The homes will have views of the Teton Mountain Range, the National Elk Refuge, and downtown Jackson. They’re also in walking — or skiing — distance to Jackson.
ASTREA plans to break ground on the project in summer 2022.
