A Tex-Mex restaurant from the chef behind Nonna, Carbone’s and Fachini is coming soon to The Pavilion on Lovers Lane.
Barsotti is known for his Italian restaurants, but during the pandemic, he launched Ritas & Queso, offering margaritas, queso, chips and enchiladas for delivery.
The chef told The Dallas Morning News in 2021 that Odelay’s menu would include “the greatest hits of Dallas Tex-Mex” made with local ingredients and house-made items. Think gorditas, chile rellenos and cheese enchiladas.
