The owners of Celestial Beerworks have two young kids, so they get it: Sleep depravation is part of parenting.
The brewery, billed as “family friendly,” hosts Andrea De La Torre of Baby Sleep Answers on Saturday, March 26, to answer new parents’ questions about rest.
De La Torre started her sleep consulting business when she herself was a sleep-deprived, anxiety ridden mom who had no idea how to get her kids to sleep. When she finally figured it out, she did what any normal millennial does and started an Instagram account. Though she has 115,000 followers, she’s excited to meet moms and dads IRL.
This “day on the town” for parents is from noon-1:30 p.m.
