A Tex-Mex chain specializing in fajitas is open now at Preston Forest Shopping Center.
The restaurant, Fajita Pete’s, was started in 2008 by Pedro “Pete” Mora and began franchising in 2015. It offers delivery, pick-up and catering options.
A location opened in Lakewood last year, and there’s another across from Hudson House on Lovers Lane.
The menu has options to feed one person, two people or larger groups. The packs come with tortillas and a protein choice of beef, chicken, shrimp, pork, veggies or a combination of them. Plus, the order includes fillings such as onions, cheese, jalapeños, pico de gallo, lettuce and guacamole. On the side, a pack comes with rice, beans, chips and salsa.
But there are also quesadillas, burritos, flautas and a salad, as well as a menu for kids, dessert items and non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, including margaritas.
The store is open now at 6060 Forest Lane.
