Neiman Marcus is moving its headquarters to the Cityplace Tower.

The Dallas-based company will keep the Downtown location as its flagship store, with office space above it.

Cityplace Tower will be Neiman Marcus Group’s “Dallas Hub,” according to a news release.

“This hub will go through extensive renovations to outfit the space with innovative solutions to support the retailer’s integrated ways of working with an estimated opening of early 2023,” the release says.

The company is looking for other locations for corporate hubs where there are large concentrations of employees. Included in the spaces will be “collaborative, seamlessly digital and physical spaces, meeting rooms, and workstations instead of permanent desks.” The design is meant to foster innovation, collaboration and creativity.

Neiman Marcus offices will take up 85,000 square feet on three floors of the Cityplace Tower, The Dallas Morning News reports.
