Thirsty Lion Gastropub, Preston Hollow Village‘s newest eatery, is raising money with local Parent Teacher Associations (PTA) through a Dine-to-Give fundraiser.

Schools that register to participate will be given event fliers, which customers can present to their servers with the name of the participating school to give 15% of their check to that school.

The event starts on September 1 and lasts all month long at all Thirsty Lion locations.

“We value our communities and are thrilled to have the opportunity to give back to local families with our Dine-to-Give fundraising event,” said John Plew, president and CEO of Thirsty Lion Gastropub. “These funds will be given directly to teams of dedicated parents who care about their children’s education. We are happy to lend a hand in their concerted efforts.”

Schools can register by emailing thirstylionrsvip@gmail.com, and ten schools per location will be eligible to RSVP. The deadline to register is Wednesday, August 25. Checks will be distributed to the PTAs after the funds are tallied on Monday, October 3.

Thirsty Lion Gastropub is located at 7859 Walnut Hill Lane, Ste. 140.
