Update (Aug. 27, 2022): A new photo and information about the contest has been added.

Nothing Bundt Cakes has been in business for 25 years, and to celebrate, the bakery is giving away free cakes.

On Sept. 1, the first 250 customers at each location will receive a confetti “bundtlet” miniature cake. The Preston Hollow store is located at 10720 Preston Road at the Preston-Royal intersection. There’s also a location on Oak Lawn Avenue near Highland Park. Both shops open at 9 a.m.

No need to purchase anything to get a free treat, but the offer is limited to one cake per guest. And there are no substitutions allowed.

The bakery is also offering an opportunity for one person to win a $25,000 birthday party planned by a celebrity party-planning company. Enter the contest here Sept. 1-25 by submitting a photo of your favorite birthday memory and sharing what winning the party would mean you.

Twenty-five Nothing Bundt Cakes gift cards with a $100 value will be awarded to runners-up.

Nothing Bundt Cakes was founded by Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz in Las Vegas in 1997. It has grown to more than 430 locations in over 40 states and Canada.
