Hillcrest High School will hold its annual homecoming tonight.
The festivities, which the school calls “Home Sweet Homecoming,” will begin at 5:15 with a parade starting from the Franklin Field parking lot. The varsity girls’ volleyball team will play at 6:30, followed by football at 7:30. Both teams will face Thomas Jefferson High School. Tickets for the football game are $6 for adults and $4 for students, and tickets for the volleyball game are $5 and $3.
Tomorrow night at 7 p.m., the school will host a homecoming dance for Hillcrest students.
The celebration this weekend caps off a week filled with activities for students, including a pep rally, mum sales and themed dress-up days for each day of the school week.
