As Mother’s Day approaches this weekend, the neighborhood is ready to pamper, indulge and celebrate the special women in our lives.

The Shops at Park Lane

Mother’s Day Weekend is rolling in with complimentary blow-outs and coloring services at The Shops at Park Lane. On May 11 to 12 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Schwarzkopf’s Color on Tour pop-up will pamper moms with blow-outs, coloring services and chances to win giveaways like clips and tote bags.

Mother’s Day Brunch Princi Italia

Treat mom to a special brunch at Princi Italia on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in bubbly morning cocktails and savory plates like rosemary roasted beef tenderloin with truffle-infused gratin potatoes or a fried chicken and buttermilk waffle sandwich with hickory smoked bacon, all drizzled with Vermont maple syrup.

Bagel Run

It’s that time again for the “Mother of All Runs.” The 38th annual Bagel Run returns this weekend hosted by the Aaron Family Jewish Community Center. Participants can run or walk a timed 10K, 5K or kids K run. All runners receive a goody bag, shirt and a finishers medal. 

Il Braco

Il Braco invites neighbors to spoil mothers with indulgent options to-go. Whole dessert options include the chocolate torte and the tiramisu. 

Republic Tavern

Republic Texas Tavern is pulling out the stops to sweeten every mother with a three-course brunch on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dishes include crab cakes, pecan maple bourbon and vanilla pancakes and strawberry buckle for dessert.
