Le Bistrot Bar Sardine, a Vandelay Hospitality concept that opened in late 2024, unveiled an all-day menu this week, featuring Parisian breakfast and lunch menus.
According to a press release, the menu is available for walk-in seating only, Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
“Chef Eliott Azoulay, who moved to Dallas exclusively for this venture, brings a unique blend of French gastronomy and Mediterranean flavors to Bar Sardine’s dishes,” the press release stated. “Trained at the prestigious École Ducasse in Paris, Azoulay’s culinary journey took him from the kitchens of renowned Parisian bistros to Michelin-starred establishments like Le Petit Nice in Marseille.”

The menu features items like a Belgian waffle with berries and maple syrup; Croque Monsieur, which contains classic ham and Gruyere served with Grey Poupon; Saumon Fumé, eggs and smoked salmon with crème fraîche and capers; Toast à L’avocat, with egg mollet, smashed avocado and whipped goat cheese; Salade Niçoise, which contains tuna, haricot vert, potato and egg; and Jambon Cru with eggs and prosciutto with shaved Parmesan.
Le Bistrot Bar Sardine is located at 6805 Snider Plaza.
