Snider Plaza is gaining another Vandelay dining experience this summer with El Molino, an “intimate and upscale” restaurant that offers elevated takes on Tex-Mex classics.
The eatery is inspired by the energy and flavors of Mexico City and the refined elegance of French design, according to a press release. The lunch and dinner menu includes dishes like elevated fajitas, smoked quail and smoked sausage alongside an elevated margarita program.
“We are thrilled to bring another unique concept to Snider Plaza with El Molino,” said Hunter Pond, owner of Vandelay Hospitality. “This restaurant fills a niche in the Park Cities dining scene by continuing to add moody and alluring ambiance dining experiences to the area, and transforming Snider Plaza into a must-visit dining destination for the city as a whole.”
The restaurant, located at 6818 Snider Plaza, is set to open this summer.
