Jaynie Schulz didn’t run for reelection for District 11. Results show Bill Roth in the lead with 203 more votes than Jeff Kitner, but neither candidate received more than 50% of the votes, so they’ll head to a runoff.

In District 13, Council Member Gay Donnell Willis keeps her seat with over 65% of the votes against Diane Benjamin.

In a statement online Willis said, “ There is much to do now around adopting a 2025-26 city budget that is streamlined and efficient, better management of our homelessness situation, directing more funds to street and alley infrastructure, getting our new police chief acclimated and keeping our crime statistics on a downward trajectory.”
