Interior of the NorthPark Center shopping mall.

Shoppers at NorthPark Center now have more options when shopping for artisan-crafted cowboy boots.

The mall announced Thursday on social media that the Texas-based company Lucchese is officially open for business. It was announced last August that the retailer had plans to open up its seventh store in Dallas-Fort Worth, with construction costing about $2 million.

Founded in 1883, the El Paso-based brand focuses on American-Western lifestyle and fashion, featuring a plethora of options of cowboy boots, casual footwear, custom felt hats, leather goods, and handbags.

The NorthPark location is the biggest in the DFW and features special, limited-edition products and a customization area for elevated private appointments.

Lucchese is located on level one of the mall between Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom.

The store is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 6 p.m.
