ArtsActivate is Dallas’ project-based cultural support program, where artists and non-profits can receive funding for their projects.
Each year, the City of Dallas Office of Arts & Culture opens an application for artists, art collectives, non-profit arts/cultural organizations, and social services organizations to receive $8,000 for individual artists, and up to $16,000 for 501(c)(3) non-profits.
The city wants to ensure everyone has the opportunity to experience the arts and culture Dallas has to offer. They’re looking for projects open to the public, projects that enhance and diversify artistic and cultural experiences, increase access and inclusivity in the experience of art, and projects that invest in and connect the community.
The application will be open until July 7. The application is for projects occurring between Oct. 6, 2025, through Sept. 15, 2026. Individual artists can apply here, and non-profit orgs can apply here
