Preston Hollow residents Raj and Ritu Malik are the new owners of the iconic M Mansion. The couple purchased the home at auction last Thursday for $4.5 million—”a steal” considering that it’s worth $12 million.
The M Mansion went on the market last February. The ‘M’ stands for Mascolo, as in Guy Mascolo, co-founder of the Toni & Guy salons.

Guy Mascolo commissioned the house to be built for him and his wife in the North Forty neighborhood of Far North Dallas back in 2007.
