The Preston Hollow restaurateur is booking personal and group cooking lessons taught by Garza.
The program teaches participants how to cater their own events and tips on cooking individual meals.
Or if you’d prefer, make a party out of it and bring Garza to your home for a dinner party cooking class.
The courses cover kitchen safety and sanitation, multicultural cuisine and private event themes, entertaining for holidays, cocktails, brunches or showers, healthy cooking, and comes complete with gourmet recipes and a work book.
One-on-one lessons are $75 per hour, four-hour minimum. Group classes are $150 per person. The dinner party package is $150 per person, plus $65 for a server and prep cook, and market price for the food. All the packages have a $50 registration fee.
