That Menchie’s at Highland Park Village we told you about last month is expected to open the weekend of Aug. 22.
This do-it-yourself yogurt shop will offer dozens of flavors that rotate from week to week — but there should be at least 12 available on any given day.
Menchie’s will be next to Anne Fontaine and Mi Cocina and Highland Park Village — and I’ll keep you posted on if that opening date changes, and any promotions that are offered.
