It wasn’t until a friend’s recent birthday that I discovered brunch at CIBUS. Not only can you get bottomless Mimosas and Bellinis for $7.50, there’s also some great dishes—namely the CIBUS Eggs Benedict, poached eggs on grilled polenta with lump crabmeat and sautéed spinach. And although they don’t always have it, the breakfast calzone stuffed with scrambled eggs and bacon is also very good, and big enough for two people to share.

There’s also a private dining room here that is free to reserve as long as it’s available. And if you save some room, try the gelato and sorbet—it’s all made onsite.
