I’ve been covering the “yogurt wars” here in our neighborhood for months now. But it seems there’s another battle brewing (literally): We now have the “tea wars.”
The Cultured Cup has been at Preston Center for quite some time, and I’ve written about Village Tea Company opening next month at Preston and Forest. Now, there’s word that Tea Time has just opened off Preston and LBJ. If these new teashops are a sign of what’s to come, it looks like we’ve got yet another budding culinary fad on our hands.
