Dish, the newest addition the Illume development on Cedar Springs, will open this Thursday.
Tim McEneny, the mastermind who brought us Dragonfly, teamed up with chef Brian Sommers of Jaspers on this latest concept. The result? Polished comfort foods like braised short ribs, roasted chicken, and gas-fired flatbreads — all of which you can watch be prepared via the open-view kitchen.
The real pull here, however, will be the pet-friendly patio, complete with a doggie menu — and afterhours, a deejay spinning music out there. Sounds like the perfect spot to sip some their signature cocktails, like the strawberry-basil margarita.
