Bliss Raw Café is opening its second location at Preston Center early next month. Originally, it was supposed to open by early December, but restaurant spokesperson Maria Whitworth tells me the inspection process has taken longer than they expected.
Much like the original location on Greenville, this space will be small — just about 700 square feet, with room for 30 or so. But they do intend to have live music on Saturday nights, which I imagine will take some mighty creative use of space. They also plan to offer weekly blackboard specials not offered at the Greenville location.
