A 14,429-square-foot home located near Inwood and Royal sold for $10.5 million, Dallas Business Journal reports. “This was the only brand new house of its size and caliber on the market,” says Mickey Munir, CEO of Sharif & Munir Custom Homes, who’s responsible for the construction of the three-story French-style chateau.
