Dillard’s at NorthPark Center became something of an artists’ studio this past weekend. Shoppers purchasing fragrances for their valentines could choose to have the bottles hand painted, engraved or adorned in Swarovski crystals at no additional fee. The event took place near the fountain and attracted many onlookers. Check out the videos and photograph below.
