Snooze celebrates International Bacon Day with special pancakes and bacon flights

International Bacon Day is celebrated yearly on the first Saturday of September by bacon enthusiasts everywhere, including Snooze A.M. Eatery.

This year, for International Bacon Day on September 3, Snooze serves pancake specials from August 25 to September 7. The specials include two different special edition pancakes: The Graceland Pancake, which includes buttermilk batter with fresh banana slices, peanut butter cream, caramel sauce, whipped butter, and lots of smoky chopped bacon, and the Bacon and Eggs Pancake, which includes chopped bacon and cheddar cheese and topped with a crispy sunny-side-up egg, more chopped bacon and maple black pepper syrup.

Customers can also add bacon to their Bloody Mary or the Snooze signature bacon flight for the table with the House Bacon, Bacon But Different, Maple and Black Pepper Glazed Bacon, and Habanero Pork Belly.

All of the proceeds from these specials will go to Snooze’s partner No Kid Hungry, a non-profit aiming to end childhood hunger.
