Dallas Jewish Community Center

Jewish Community Center Dallas will screen the documentary Let Us Die during this year’s 26th Annual Jewish Film Festival May 1.

The film, which debuted at the 2022 Dallas International Film Festival, tells stories from World War II.

Tim Mallad is a man looking to buy furniture at an estate sale in the 1980s. He ends up   with an old desk that holds several WWII era documents, including a British passport, photos, German letters and more. A chance meeting with actress Jane Seymour leads Mallad down the path of the stories behind it all.

After the film, guests will be able to participate in a talk back with director/producer Jason Whitely, Walter Levy Jr and Tim Mallad.

The screening, which will start at 7 p.m., is free and will be held in the JCC Dallas Zale Auditorium. Tickets can be found here.
