Four people were arrested earlier this week after committing thefts and robbing a bank on Preston Road.

On Monday, June 12, at around 10:50 a.m., Dallas police responded to a call at a bank in the 14000 block of Preston Road. A victim’s purse and bank bags had been stolen. The suspect then got into a car and fled the scene, according to authorities.

Minutes later, at around 11:15 a.m., police found a similar car at a bank located at the 11000 block of Preston Road.

Dallas Police Fugitive Unit members and uniform patrol officers located the same car in the parking lot of a bank in the 10000 block of Preston Road. The following four people were arrested and charged: Deverio Bell, 26, Latwon Berry, 20, Jaden Kelley, 19, Trayvon Reed, 26.

Their charges include aggravated robbery and engaging in organized crime.

The investigation is ongoing.
