NorthPark Center celebrated the opening of the new two-story Nike Store, introducing Nike Rise, a limited number of sport-performance retail concepts nationwide.

The Nike store, located on levels one and two between Nordstrom and Macy’s, unveiled Nike Rise on Aug. 3, offering a sport-performance-led retail experience designed to inspire, connect, and equip athletes of all ages and genders.

“The Rise retail concept is designed to serve consumers who are passionate about sport – with a sharp focus on basketball, running, and fitness – and enjoy being active,” a press release states. “Nike looked at insights across the full family and curated a product assortment for consumers who care about performance innovation and style. The services and experiences in Nike Rise stores are designed to connect consumers to sport in their city.”

Nike Rise concept initially launched in 2022 in Seoul, West London, and Miami and has since expanded to other West Coast locations.

“Nike chooses locations that provide the best opportunity to connect with consumers through premium products, experiences, and services and NorthPark Center places Nike perfectly into consumers’ daily path,” a statement reads. “This location is one of the best places to meet and inspire athletes* in their sports journeys, especially in the larger Dallas area.”

While the new Nike store includes popular items such as shoes, clothing, and sports necessities, its most significant enhancements come in the form of digital features. Sport Pulse, a digital platform, facilitates sharing of local sports events with communities. Additionally, the Service Hub provides Nike Members with convenient online shopping and order pickup, as well as addressing any in-store purchase inquiries or returns.
