Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center showcases a new exhibition at NorthPark Mall, featuring over 80 artists, to raise awareness for their agency.

The exhibition, titled “Paint a Picture of Hope,” will be displayed from Aug. 15 – Sept. 11 on level one, situated between Nordstrom and Macy’s. Over 80 regional artists have donated their work to be part of the 16th annual DCAC gala taking place later this fall.

According to its website, it is the only agency of its kind in Dallas County because of its unique ability to orchestrate investigations, facilitate prosecution, and provide healing services in cases of severe child abuse.

The exhibition serves a dual purpose of building awareness for both DCAC itself and the upcoming gala. The funds raised through the fall’s silent auction will further the agency’s efforts and expand its resources.

With a reported outreach to over 13,000 children who have experienced sexual or physical abuse, or in some cases, witnessed a violent crime, DCAC’s impact is substantial.

Visit their website for additional information about DCAC, the exhibit, and the gala.
