After six years, Jacob Ramon will be leaving his position as athletic director after six years at Hillcrest High School.

Ramon will be transitioning into the faculty office where he will work on supporting district-wide initiatives, according to a newsletter shared by Hillcrest principal Terrence Florie.

“Mr. Ramos has been instrumental in shaping the success of our athletic programs, elevating the skills of our athletes and fostering a sense of camaraderie among other teams,” Florie said. “He leaves a legacy of dedication and passion for athletics that has inspired us all.”

There has not been an update about who will take over Ramon’s position.
