The Shops at Park Lane is on the market

We bid adieu to the current owners of The Shops at Park Lane as it is officially for sale.

The 665,000-square-foot retail center that sits near U.S. 75 and Park Lane and that has been owned by Northwood Retail since 2010, is being sold by Jones Lang Lasalle, the Dallas Morning News reported last week. 

Since its inception, the popular outlet has been 90% leased to tenants like Loft, Ulta Beauty, HomeGoods, Old Navy and others. It was listed as one of the most popular shopping centers in the country by its brokerage firm. 

Northwood Retail also manages Hillside Village in Dallas and also has more properties in California, Colorado, North Carolina and Tennessee. 

Next year, American Girl and Banh Shop are moving in and more recently, Jan Riggins has been lining the sidewalks with her chalk art. 

Shops at Park Lane and Northwood were reached out to for any further comments, but they could not give any at this time.
