Saturday is family day at the Meadows Museum, which means everyone gets in free from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. In honor of their new exhibition, “Royal Splendor in the Enlightenment: Charles IV of Spain,” they’re hosting a celebration of the king’s reign with royalty-themed games, hands-on activities, and performances.
They say we’ve got another cold front on the way, but spring really is just around the corner. Get a leg up your gardening during one of the free rose workshops at North Haven Gardens—just be sure you try to drop by between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Saturday, or 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Sunday because that’s when the folks from The Cultured Cup will be there with free tea samples.
If you swing by Uptown Makeup this Saturday you can get a free mimosa and a makeover, courtesy of a Smashbox artist. Space is limited, so you’re encouraged to call 214.521.3501 to make an appointment.
