The city of Dallas recently released a 351-page report called CityMap, which is supposed to be a compilation of the best ideas the city has for highways systems in Dallas.

Jim Schutze of the Dallas Observer tells a story this week of how pro-Trinity toll road members of council tried to hide a draft of CityMap, which praises the planned toll road, from anti-toll roaders, including Oak Cliff Councilman Scott Griggs.

Trinity River projects committee chair, Preston Hollow Councilman Lee Kleinman (who includes Griggs in his list of “haters”), only agreed to give the document to Griggs after threat of criminal charges.
