Across the pond – W. T. White graduate packs for Cambridge.

Congratulations to W. T. White 2006 magna cum laude graduate Justin Bynum who is the recipient of the Luard Scholarship. Almost 5,000 students applied for this UNCF scholarship for junior year study at a British University of the recipient’s choosing. Justin chose Cambridge University in Cambridge, England where he was recently admitted.

Justin just completed his sophomore year at Bethune-Cookman University where he is a Presidential Scholarship recipient and on the President’s List with a 4.0 GPA toward a BSA in Religion and Philosophy. At Cookman he is a volunteer tutor for fellow students and at a local elementary school. He also participates in intramural sports and the Calvary Christian Center.

Last summer, Justin was among 60 undergraduate students selected for a month long institute at Florida State University Law School were participants attended law classes, participated in mock trial and visited the Florida Supreme Court. At White, Justin excelled on academic decathlon and mock trial teams plus played several sports.
