The kids at W.T. White High School are having their annual canned food drive now through Friday Nov. 20. All the donations they collect will be given to the North Texas Food Bank, which helps our neighbors in need.
And there’s also a garage sale fundraiser in the works for the W.T. White Mentor Program. If you’d like to donate any furniture or clothes for that sale, you can email Ms. Driscoll to arrange for a drop off. That garage sale will be Nov. 14 (check back on this blog for more details), and proceeds from it will be used to fund a fieldtrip to Washington D.C.
