In this month’s cover story, which should hopefully be on your doorstep now, we shined a light on our ‘capeless crusaders,’ those people whose small selfless deeds make our community a better place. One such neighbor is Sparkman resident Nelleke Keller. She took it upon herself to start a cat rescue out of her home, funding the entire $500-per-month-operation out of her own pocket. It’s a labor of love, indeed. And after you see some of these cute little critters in this video after the jump, you might understand why Keller has made this her passion.
