The weather’s heating up, and that means that some neighborhood restaurants are rolling out updated summer menus, including Ristorante Nicola in Preston Center.

Headed by executive chef Luigi Iannuario, the Italian restaurant will add fresh salads, a three-course tasting and a create-your-own Dalla Griglia, which allows guests to mix and match meats, sauces and sides. The entrees include herb-marinated free-range chicken breast, Colorado lamb chops, a variety of steaks, a veal chop and salmon fillet.
