Southbound Preston Road will be closed from 8 p.m.- 6 a.m. Oct. 24, 28 and 29 for reconstruction of the bridge. Drivers will have to take the westbound LBJ frontage road and U-turn at Montfort Drive bridge.
From 7 p.m. Oct. 27 until noon Oct. 28 the Preston Road bridge will be closed to both sides of traffic between LBJ’s east and westbound frontage road. The closure is because crews will pour the new deck of Preston Road bridge.
