Here’s an election result we won’t have to stay up late for: President Barack Obama beats Mitt Romney with 56 percent of the vote at St. Alcuin Montessori School.
The middle school hosted a Virtual Voting Initiative for its elementary to 8th graders Nov. 6 to teach them about integrated technology and the voting process.
Students were able to “register” and “vote” after they were issued registration cards and reported to their precincts in libraries. These kids also initiated the web-based program where they voted electronically.
