Triathlete coach David Tilbury-Davis speaks Wednesday, Nov. 14 from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Jewish Community Center’s sports and fitness center, at 7900 Northaven.
Tilbury-Davis is experienced in coaching Olympic cyclists, Ironman pros, 60-year-old athletes and beginners in the U.K.
Tickets are $30 and available online or at the door. The JCC requests attendees use the upper parking lot and enter on the east side of the building, not at the main entrance.
