Katy Trail Ice House
The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission rejected the Park Towers‘ homeowners association’s request for a hearing to discuss a noise abatement agreement with Katy Trail Ice House.
The neighbors have complained about the noise the bar emits since it first opened, and have had enough. Unfortunately the TABC doesn’t seem to find the ice house in the wrong, citing they only had three police calls in the past two years, which is not hearing worthy the TABC states in this Dallas Morning News article.
