Eastbound LBJ at North Stemmons Freeway will be closed due to the setting of steal beams over the interchange this weekend.
The main lanes will be closed:
- 9 p.m.-10 a.m. June 14 (tonight)
- 7 p.m. June 15-noon June 16
- 8 p.m. June 16-6 a.m. June 17
Traffic will be detoured to Valwood Parkway to get back onto eastbound LBJ.
“It’s pretty major stuff,” LBJ Express Project’s PR manager Heather DeLapp tells the Dallas Morning News. “We’re going to hang a million pounds of steel over the interchange.”
