It appears that same Preston Hollowers aren’t too fond of child’s play.
Preston Hollow United Methodist Church shut down the outdoor playground for its Child Development Center recently due to noise complaints from neighbors, NBC 5 reports.
The center’s chairman of operations and chairwoman of the CDC sent out this letter to parents June 11:
Last week our neighbor, who has been upset by the noise from the playground, called the police. As you may be aware, the CDC has been working to remedy the situation over the past several months. Until this issue is resolved, your children will play outside in the courtyard and not be playing on the playground. I will inform you of progress as we move forward. I apologize for any inconvenience. As always, the well being of your children is our primary concern. Thank you for your understanding.
Apparently the center has also contacted an attorney, NBC reports.
