Wallet stolen at Dillard’s

A woman who accidentally left her $700 Louis Vuitton wallet — which contained $900 cash along with her debit card — on the counter at Dillard’s last Friday evening was notified by her bank that more than $500 worth of charges had been made on her debit card. A sales associate later told the woman that the store had held on to the wallet until an individual approached and described the appearance of the wallet and its contents, leading the associate to believe that the individual was the owner, so the store gave the wallet to the individual.
