Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas recently celebrated this year’s Women of Distinction Luncheon honorees during a patron reception at the Preston Hollow home of Regina Montoya and Paul Coggins.

Gene Jones, member of the board of directors for the AT&T Center for Performing Arts and the Texas Cultural Trust, will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award for her lifelong pursuit of helping others. Former Girl Scout and teacher Nancy Ann Hunt will receive the Woman of Distinction Award.

The Young Women of Distinction honorees include Gold Awardees and high school seniors Meredith Burke of Park Cities and Cameron Wicks of Grand Prairie.

The women will be recognized at the Women of Distinction Luncheon Nov. 19 at the Hilton Anatole.
