There’s (another) independent bookstore coming to the neighborhood.

Bibliobar is slated to open in northern Dallas late this spring, roughly a year after Interabang Books settled into its home at Preston and Royal. The bookstore and bar plans to sell wine, craft beer and roughly 5,000 fiction and nonfiction titles.

Chelsea Green, her husband, Colin, and her sister, Jessica Tresp, are the masterminds behind the trendy concept. The sisters currently run online book subscription service MyBookBox.

“Our family has always loved to read and discuss our latest discoveries together, and we are excited to be opening a bookstore, a place where we can share that love with other families around the Dallas-Fort Worth area,” the owners told Shelf Awareness. “We want our store to be a place for families to gather and experience the joy of a new book.”

The family is looking for neighbors’ feedback before selecting a location in March 2018, Green told the Advocate.
