The Texas Women’s Foundation announced the keynote speaker for its  34th Annual Luncheon is Elaine Welteroth, an award-winning journalist and New York Times bestselling author, judge on “Project Runway” and the former editor-in-chief of “Teen Vogue.” The luncheon, which takes place Nov. 14, 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas, is expected to attract more than 1,500 business and philanthropic leaders.
