Dwell with Dignity’s Thrift Studio announced the interior designers for its 2020 pop-up shop fundraiser. (We’re still excited to hear which Preston Hollow designers are taking part!) The event, which has helped more than 180 low-income families, returns for its 11th edition, April 2-May 2, at The International at Turtle Creek. Participants include:

  • Cathy Kincaid of Cathy Kincaid Interiors
  • Leslie Jenkins of Jenkins Interiors
  • Mia Brous and Kerri Farb of Madre Dallas
  • Monica Wilcox of Monica Wilcox Design
  • Morgan Farrow of Morgan Farrow Interiors
  • Josh Pickering of Pickering House Interiors
  • Twelve Twenty
  • Lindley Whisenant Arthur of Lindley Arthur Interiors
  • Anna Curnes, Melissa Ellis, Annie Griffeth, and Christi Meril of ALG Collective

Everything on display will be available for shoppers to purchase with 100 percent of proceeds benefiting Dwell with Dignity. Dwell with Dignity’s mission is to provide low-income families housing with furniture, bedding, kitchen supplies, art, interior styling, food and more.

Here are upcoming events related to the cause:

Kickoff party: Thursday, Feb. 6, 6-8 p.m,. at Cantoni Trade, 960 Dragon St., Dallas. Find out about the 2020 Thrift Studio designers. Free and open to the public. Email rsvp@dwellwithdignity.org for a spot.

Art & Color party: Thursday, Feb. 20, 6-9 p.m., at ALG Collective, 1302 Dragon St., Dallas. This event announces the 2020 Thrift Studio artists. No RSVP necessary.

Opening night preview party: April 1, 6-9 p.m., at The International at Turtle Creek, 150 Turtle Creek Blvd., Suite 209 A. This is your first chance to shop the Thrift Studio. General admission tickets are $125, or $175 for a VIP ticket that includes shopping between 6-7 p.m. and an elevated culinary and mixology experience. The Thrift Studio will be free April 2, Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

Last year, Preston Hollow designer Holly Hickey Moore participated with her “playfully sophisticated” design.
