Prestonwood Place’s Glow Sauna is hosting a one-time event with a 45-minute yoga class followed by a 45-minute infrared sauna session.
Glow Sauna is partnering with Samatone Yoga at Prestonwood’s park for the event. The sauna session will be before or after the yoga class, depending on the time slot selected.
Samatone Yoga combines Power Vinyasa Flow with Organic Ultrasound, according to their website, and aims to “release stress, build strength, increase flexibility, detox, stimulate weight loss, generate balance, reverse the aging process and just plain feel good.”
Glow with Yoga will take place during four time slots on July 9 at 8:30 p.m., 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
