Neighborhood medspa brings needle-free facial procedures to North Texas

Vitalyc MedSpa is among the first providers in Texas to offer EMFACE, the only needle-free procedure that treats facial skin and muscles in a 20-minute session, resulting in a facelift-like look according to Vitalyc.

EMFACE™ is an FDA-approved technology that uses muscle contraction and skin heating to tighten facial muscles and lift loose skin along the jawline and under the chin without using needles, fillers, incisions or sutures.

The treatment requires an average of four, 20-minute treatments once per week for four weeks using monopolar radiofrequency energy and high-intensity facial electromagnetic stimulation to tighten facial muscles, damage fat cells, heat skin tissue and stimulate collagen production,

First, patients lie down while a conductive pad is applied to the skin, which Vitalyc says feels like a stone-vibrating massage. Results are expected starting after the first treatment, with full results occurring within four to 12 weeks of the final treatment.

Nine clinical studies including 170 patients found a 37% reduction in wrinkles, 23% lifting effect, 26% increase in collagen, 2 times increase in elastin, 30% increase in muscle tone, 92.8% increase in volume improvement of the face and 25.5% increase in skin evenness.

With over 700 treatments administered to 170 patients in 9clinical studies, the results speak for themselves.
