Neiman Marcus has a one-of-a-kind tree up at its Downtown Dallas flagship as part of a partnership with luxury brand Baccarat.

The tree, called a Palladian Tree, doesn’t look like a Christmas tree at all. It’s a sculpture made from Baccarat’s Le Roi Soleil chandeliers and is also ultra-reflective. Two of these chandeliers are stacked atop each other.

In addition to the unveiling Tuesday, there was a cocktail hour hosted by Martha Stewart.

Neiman Marcus and Baccarat have been brand partners since 1983, so this isn’t the first extravagant display they’ve put together. If you’re looking for photo ops with the Palladian Tree, there will be pictures with Santa from Nov. 25- Dec. 24.

If you want to go the extra mile and have a chance to take the exclusive tree home, it’s also for sale with a $400,000 price tag.
